Funny, in your face, and irreverent, The Denzel Principle is guaranteed to strike a chord—and most likely a nerve—with black women everywhere.
The Denzel Principle is the belief that the perfect man—the epitome of all the things women think Denzel Washington represents—exists off screen, and you get one for your very own without settling for less: the regular good man need not apply. “The Dizzle”, aka Mr. Perfect, is tough but vulnerable, accessible but not transparent, political but not radical, mannish but not macho, sexy but not solicitous, passionate but not hysterical, doting but not docile—and all these things on cue and in proper measure.
The Denzel Principle gives up-front advice to women on how to break this cycle, including “Ways to Attract Mr. Right” and “Ten Reasons to Love Ordinary Black Men.”

" Sort of funny, sort of sad. I like his voice and they way he writes but I can't say I agree with any if his theories. I'm glad I'm happily married to a good black man. "
" Did not like the writing style, stopped after chapter 2. Maybe I will pick it up and read it again, one day. "
