Publisher Description

Bound by the demon of Doubt, Sabin unintentionally destroys even the most confident of lovers. So the immortal warrior spends his time on the battlefield instead of the bedroom, victory his only concern...until he meets Gwendolyn the Timid. One taste of the beautiful redhead, and he craves more.

Gwen, an immortal herself, always thought she'd fall for a kind human who wouldn't rouse her darker side. But when Sabin frees her from prison, battling their enemies for the claim to Pandora's box turns out to be nothing compared to the battle Sabin and Gwen will wage against love.

"Took weakling Gwen a bit too long to come out of her shell but when she did, Whoa. In generally like the story line. Bringing children in the mix put me on edge but happy ending for them (unless they popup later). Scanned past some of the paragraphs because there were alot of what I call "fillers" (rattling on about nothing significant; so much so that if you read past the fillers, you didn't miss anything)"

" wow. Talk about a sensational book. I do have to say that when I read the first couple of pages I didn't know what the book was going to be about. I was happy to find out that I totally fell in love with the characters. And have to admit I even painted the butterfly on my wall. "

" This is another amazing book by Ms Showalter. Sabin is my favorite from the lords of the underworld. I read this book in all of one day, I could not put it down. I was sitting at the edge of my bed the entire journey through the book. The words were put together so delicatly that I could see it like it was happening directly in front of me. The only thing I didn't like was the ending I was disappointed. "

" This one was fun because it moves on to Sabin the keeper of Doubt and a woman (or is she?) named Gwen. What was fun about this one was moving onto Sabin's point of view, because he is the leader of the other six warriors who didn't live in the fortress in Budapest with Maddox, Lucien, and the rest. "
