About Maggie Lehrman
Maggie Lehrman is a writer and editor living in Brooklyn. She grew up outside of Chicago and went on to get a degree in English at Harvard, where she once received a grant to purchase young adult books the library didn’t have. During her decade of working as an editor of books for children, she also earned an MFA in writing for children and young adults from the Vermont College of Fine Arts.

Shannon McManus, award-winning narrator, is a Los Angeles–based actor, writer, and voice artist. Her natural vocal abilities and extensive theater training have led to work in audiobook narration, commercial voice-over, and animation. Nic Dressel was born in Muskegon, Michigan and has acquired his BFA in theatre from Michigan State University. He is an improviser and stand-up comedian who recently won the Funniest Mouth of the South contest in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He loves to read and got his start by reading stories to his little brother, Robby, at bedtime.
