" If you know me personally, you probably wouldn't enjoy this book. Like me, you might think there's too much profanity, too much vulgarity, too much blood (because that's what happens when somebody gets accidentally trapped inside an Iron Maiden--and what kind of derelict church has one of those hanging around, anyway?) and too much devotion without doctrine. But if you're all right with those, or with occasional point of view shifts, or with protagonists you can't stand at first, you might enjoy this novel about three girls headed for destruction, who instead are singled out by a visionary young man to be the next harbingers for faith and miracles, only to attract the wrath of his disbelieving (but willing to enforce his disbelief with violence) psychiatrist.
