"The second book of this author/series I have read. I loved it just as much as the first. The characters were done well, the plot was well written, the ending was satisfying. One of the things I loved was that the characters from previous books were written into the storyline. "

" Sarah was one of Annie's high school friends. She's come home (in Annie's story) and divorced her belittling husband, and now is trying to build her life back, working as a waitress at the local drugstore/diner. Hero's a retired baseball player (there are an awful lot of them in this little town...) who's come to visit his cousin, and gets the idea to open a radio station--and thinks Sarah would be perfect on air. " Another second generation Sweet Magnolia book - the story of Sarah Price and Travis McDonald, who work together in Serenity's new radio station. This is just an okay read. It required suspension of disbelief too many times, as with Walter's sudden transformation from abusive jerk to nice guy and harried single mother Sara's transformation from timid stay-at-home mom to radio personality. If this weren't part of a series I probably wouldn't have finished it. "
