" I really, really liked this! Grace is a funeral director and she doesn't want a relationship. Watching clients go through grief each day convinces her she doesn't want that loss, so she doesn't let anyone get close. She hires escorts through a service for dates and release. All seems to be going smoothly, until she meets Sam. Their attraction is immediate and she takes him to bed. It's not until after she's left him that she finds out he wasn't her paid 'stranger' date. When they meet again under surprising circumstances Sam begins to pursue Grace. I really, really liked Sam, but I also really liked Jack. I understood Grace as a character and enjoyed her story. This was a great read. "
