Publisher Description

There's something out there: a juggernaut of evil bearing down to crush the Republic - unless one lone Jedi, shunned and reviled, can stop it.

Revan: hero, traitor, conqueror, villain, savior. A Jedi who left Coruscant to defeat Mandalorians -and returned a disciple of the dark side, bent on destroying the Republic. The Jedi Council gave Revan his life back, but the price of redemption was high. His memories have been erased. All that's left are nightmares - and deep, abiding fear.

What exactly happened beyond the Outer Rim? Revan can't quite remember, yet can't entirely forget. Somehow he stumbled across a terrible secret that threatens the very existence of the Republic. With no idea what it is, or how to stop it, Revan may very well fail, for he's never faced a more powerful and diabolic enemy. But only death can stop him from trying.

"Revan has always been one of my favourite Star Wars characters and to have a book about him is something I looked forward to. Although I was worried that the book wouldn't be any good, I stood corrected when I finished reading it. Though its story is of a tragic sort, it still leaves you wondering and hoping everything turns out well in the end. I enjoyed how easy it was to read and the excitement that's spread out throughout the pages. It's climax is what I really thought was thrilling, with Revan failing to deafeat the enemy he once served. This story is a great tie-in with the Old Republic game and I really hope we can see more of Revan and his seemingly never ending story of cheating death."

" Not the best book I've ever read, but having a gap with nothing else I read this book did the job. Always interesting to know the politics of the Republic but this also gave a glance behind the thick veil of the Sith as well. "

" Throughout this book, witnessing the character development of one, Lord Scourge, this book is a must read to any Star Wars fan who enjoys in depth character development along with the shocking twist at the end. Though the twist was foreseeable, I still enjoyed this novel. 5/5 for me. "
