Publisher Description

The Shadow of Reality was based on a murder weekend my husband and I attended at Mohonk Mountain House high in the Hudson River Valley in New York and uses my love of the work of Dorothy L. Sayers as a background. When the play-acting embroils Elizabeth in a real murder the lines between reality and fantasy blur dangerously.

" This outcome was blantanly obvious. When I read a mystery I want there to be some mystery! "

" This is definitely a cozy mystery, but it still had some twists and angles that were unforeseen. It was a quick, enjoyable read - perfect for that just-before-bed down time when you don't want your mind reeling and just want to go with the flow and be entertained. "

" 2.5 stars. This was an ok read. I found the similarities to clue kind of turned me off this story. It was also veeeeery slooooow. The romance was also very "convenient" and I wasn't really drawn to any of the characters. It was all wrapped up too neatly for me too. Otherwise an ok read. "
