Seekers #2: Great Bear Lake Audiobook

" Now, I half liked "The Quest Begins" and half didn't like it (but I gave it four stars), but I didn't give up on the series. This book I really liked. They meet at Great Bear Lake (I don't think that's a spoiler because the book is called "Great Bear Lake") where bears meet bears. This book I liked better than "The Quest Begins" "

" It intrigued me that the author thought of bringing all the bears to one place, to plead the spirits to give them food, and the sun to go away on the longest-day. "

" I thought maybe this book would be better than the first, which is why I read it. I was, again, disappointed. I like Erin Hunter, but I don't think she's doing a very good job with the Seekers series. I think it's boring and I don't like how Ujurak is a shapeshifter- that just makes the book totally unrealistic. I know that the book has some fantasy elements (eg. animals talking) but still! I wouldn't reccomend this book to anyone. "

" this book was really good. it took me awhile to remember what had happened in the first book but once i got through that obstacle the book had gotten really interested. as much i like this new series by Erin Hunter, i still don't find it to be as interesting as the warriors series but it's still worthy of being read.
