Publisher Description

On the outside, Molly Gifford had it all—a hot legal career and a hotter boyfriend. But what she really wanted was a family. So, when she discovered her real father, she didn't hesitate to pack her bags. Even though it meant leaving her old life behind.

Daniel Hunter's still trying to get on with his life after losing Molly. Then she shows up at his door, begging for help. Her newfound father is under arrest for murder, and she's convinced Hunter is the only attorney with the skill and reputation to get him off.

Hunter can't resist helping an innocent man and he's still drawn to Molly. Although he can't resist her, he won't be hurt again. This time he's determined to be the one who walks away with his heart and emotions intact.

"This was a good book... I would say not the best of CP's but still very good. The two main characters (Hunter and molly) are a little too whiny for me... Yes they had a hard life but how many times can we be reminded of it? And there was not enough of the Commander in the book who sounds like she would have been a hoot given more of a chance. That being said CP can not write a bad book so it's worth reading just don't make it the first book of hers you ever read because she does get better!!!"

" This book was ridiculous. I hated it. I would never recommend it to anyone. EVER. Personally I'm not even going to waste my time saying why it was so bad other than it was completely predictable and full of cheese. Trust me. "
