Romeo & Juliet & Vampires Audiobook

" I really didn't like the way this was written. The beauty of Shakespeare is the language, and this was too contemporary. It was targeted to teenagers, so the writing was simple and uncomplicated. The only thing the book really shares is the plot and the characters. They even took liberty with the plot, ending it the exact opposite of how it is supposed to be: neither Romeo nor Juliet dies. They become vampires and live eternally. I think it could have been better if it was written more like the original play it was adapted from. "
