" The main character, Becca, is being pursued by someone who calls her and says he is her "boyfriend". Her mother has passed away and she thinks her father died a long time ago, but in fact, he is deep cover - being a super special agent in the international intelligence community. This stalker is a very wealthy ex-Russian intelligence agent who is out to avenge his wife's death at the hands of Becca's father. Or so we think.... "

" The story could have been good, but the writing was horrible. I kept reading...for whatever reason...only to be disgusted by the cheesiness of the whole thing. "

" She's an okay writer. Her books are not something that I would want to buy brand new but they're entertaining enough for me to read more of her works. "
-

Pam Willey | 10/30/2013
" This was a pretty good book, but had too much bad language. "

" I like this particular "FBI" series of Ms Coulter. Always a bit predictable, but always a good, fast read. I was half right about the ending which surprised me (I usually can guess half way through!) "

" I like to throw in a Catherine Coulter's mystery to my rotation of books, but this one seemed a little off for her. It seems like some parts of the book were not written whole-heartedly. "
-

" Interesting story. Becca and Adam were a good couple. I figured out what was happening and was just waiting to see why. Love that Sherlock and Dillion were in this book to see what was going on in their lives. "

" It's been a long time since I read the first few books in this series, but I didn't feel like I missed a thing. It's a light read and has moments of suspense and mystery that I so enjoy. "

" Interesting, and I enjoyed the showdown at end between Becca and guy who killed the woman found in the wall. Good, but not the best of the series. "

-

Craig | 4/19/2010
" I liked the book on the whole, but did not like the fact that two books tried to co exist in the same book. "
-

Patricia | 4/4/2010
" Though this is and FBI series written by the author, the books so far are very individual and there's just a placement of the two FBI agents involved from the beginning. This story involves a stalker with murder on his mind and a secondary murder which winds up involving the two main characters.

" This is the first book i have read in years and I couldn't put it down! I could not figure out who the "bad guy" was forever! I had a feeling, but kept going back and forth on who it could have been. AND I was so glad that her father did not die! Very interesting book.
