"This book is a follow up to Masqurede in the Blue Bloods series. I personally think that this book was the best of the of all the blue bloods books. In this book you find out Jack and Schuyler have been sneaking around to be with each other. Oliver does not like that Schuyler and Jack are together. Schuyler feed from Oliver so now he loves her even more. Oliver,Bliss, and Schuyler send dylan to a mental institution after he attacks Scuyler.Mimi and Oliver start becming friends. Schuyler is still in contact with her grandfather. She goes to Brazil to meet with him. More information is revealed about Jordan who is Bliss's sister. While at a dinner in Brazil secret silver boods are revealed in the conclave. The conclave is a council of the head blood bloods(vampires). Both Dylan and Schuyler's grandfather die at the end."

" The further I get into this series the more I like it. It may be a little simplistic, and it may have pretty shallow characters, but I like the direction this series is taking. I was caught completely off guard by the end of this book. I mean- WOW! Looking forward to what the rest of this series brings. "

" "I enjoyed this book more than the rest. It seemed to pull it all together for me and now I am sucked in and awaiting The Van Allen Legacy. If your looking for a book that involves vampires, romance, love triangles, and an interesting take on vampires in general, you will enjoy this book. The first of the series was not the greatest but it seems as if they keep getting better. On the downside the book may be a little too detailed again and may get a little boring at times but overall a good read." "

" This is becoming much more than I anticipated. I am staying up reading as I devour these books. They are relatively fast reading, but are really keeping my interest. Real conflict exists in Schuyler's relationships, and she is often caught between competing needs. Much angst here. "
