"Pretty Bad Things was pretty darn funny but it is not appropriate, in my opinion, for younger teens. There is sexual situations, bad language, and some violence. Are you an adult who enjoys teen books? This is one for you. " — Melissa (4 out of 5 stars)

" I dont think I completely understood the characters motivation as I didnt fully connect with them :( "
" Fun read; but the mixed up logic is difficult at times to believe. "
" The characters were cardboard figures with no real depth to them. Paisley had no redeeming qualities and I found her violent behavior and vulgar language offensive, even though bad language doesn't usully bother me in YA novels. "

" I really enjoyed it and if you like adventure this is your book "
" This book is ingenious! It really is amazing and has just the right amount of sentimentality. "
" it was okay. I didn't quite understand why Virginia hated Paisley so much, or why she didn't take Buddy's offer but overall not too bad "
" really good book, i luuuuurrrrrrrrved it. brilliant book, i loved paisley and beau, though im pretty sure paisley is a pattern like polkadot except different, right? Hannah?? "
" Awesome!! I loved the Las Vegas setting and Paisley's attitude was so funny <33 one of my favourite reads in 2011 "
" Pretty enjoyable (oops lol) well written and plotted, read to the last, satisfying conclusion. But I did have some issues with some of the expression the 16 yrs olds used, seemed out of date. For a day when I felt like lying on the couch and doing nothing else it was worth it. "
" You cannot end it like that.Sorry but no. "
