Neil and Nat are a beautifully matched couple. They hate marmite and opera, they love smelly cheese and the missionary position, and they both absolutely do not want children. Then, suddenly, Neil is practically begging her for a baby, causing Nat to wonder if he really is the man she should be with. Is it possible that someone from her past could actually be 'the one'?

"a very enjoyable book. amazing how in this world of multi faceted communication, people can still get it so dreadfully wrong - and this book highlights it so well. t" — Kylie (4 out of 5 stars)

" I love Adele Parks style of writing. But I found this a harder book to get into. The characters weren't likeable and seemed to only have one agenda Nat - not having a baby and Neil - wanting one. The striper storyline seemed seedy and unrealistic. However it is an easy read. "
" This book took me a long tinge to get through. Not really one to grab me and take hold, one where I would want to curl up in a chair for hours devouring the pages. I found it difficult to sympathise with Natalie. "
" Ms Parks never disappoints with her knack of making you feel that the characters are real. 3 stars though as found it repetitive in places. "
" A lovely read about a married couple who always swore not to have children, then one of them changes their mind. Quite typical of Adele Parks style, however quite engrossing and funny at times. Lovely ending. "
" I like how i could pick this book up and read it and put it down for days and still able to remember the story from where i left off. I liked this book i think the ending was very rushed and was wanting to know what happened with the other characters. "
" I love the story! "
" Finished this on holiday, not the best adele parks I have read, but still an enjoyable read! "
" I usually love Adele Park's novels but this one was just too patronising. The narrator was just too repetitive to tolerate. "
" i think that adele parks is one of the best writters of chick lit and her books are always a plesure to read "
" An easy holiday read but a bit disappointing compared to her earlier novels. "
" Easy read, easily forgotten "
" The main female character was so annoying and kind of boring at times... I liked the ending, though! "
" interesting, and touching funny story of two people woho love each other but seem to want different things. Made me laugh and cry, and at one point was running along with Neil to get to Nat. "
" It is a real-life story with hardly no excitement but it's sweet and romantic. A good and relaxing weekend reading material. "
" This was just OK - storyline was slow and I couldn't warm to the main character - in fact I wanted to give her a good slap!! "
" Hackneyed ending but enjoyed the journey..! "
" Such a good book, with a nice ending. Have read this twice as its one of my favourites, big fan of Adele's books. "
