It's so interesting to read the original stories and not the disney ones.

" Finally finished reading all the fairy tales. =="
I was bored half of the time. Some of the stories are morbid but they end up to be 'happy' endings, so it's weird. :P
    Anyway, I especially liked 'ASHPUTTEL'. ^^ "

" I hated it, not gonna lie. At first I loved reading the old versions of the stories I grew up on. Then I started to realize that every one of the stories were the same. So after I got about 3/4 done with it, I gave up. "

" Hard to believe I'd never read something closer to the originals of these until now. Stories certainly didn't have as much sunshine and flowers as many of the modernized or Disney versions, but it was a pleasant read. Will be exploring more classics and freebies on my Kindle. "

  • 2 out of 52 out of 52 out of 52 out of 52 out of 5 Jana | 3/24/2011

" I hadn't heard of lots of these stories. Lots of them were violent and some were the same story under a different title. "
