Bounty hunter Morgan Bailey is still recouping from her latest vampire kill when she receives a new assignment: hunt down the sunwalker who stole a priceless amulet from a mysterious millionaire. Sunwalkers - vampires who are immune to sunlight - are notoriously difficult to find, let alone kill, but Morgan's not worried. She's never met a vampire she couldn't dust. But when this particular sunwalker comes looking for her...well, all bets are off.

Because not only is he cunning and charming, he is undeniably gorgeous - and in possession of an ancient secret that, if unleashed, could destroy the human world. Making matters worse, a strange darkness has awakened inside of Morgan, threatening to overwhelm her unless she can uncover the truth about the amulet everyone so desperately wants.

With a kick-ass heroine and captivating supporting cast, Kissed by Darkness launches an addictive new series for fans of urban fantasy.

" This was a pretty good story. I liked the character, she had the right combination of spunk and intelligence. The bad guy was deliciously evil and there was plenty of action and adventures. There was a little romance thrown in to boot! The problem for me however was that the secondary character's were under developed. To much time was spent on boring descriptions, and to much "thinking" and not enough time spent developing the two male character's. There were almost to many characters in this story. At times it got confusing and a little hard to follow in the middle. that said it was a good book and I do recommend it. I will definitely be reading the next book. "

" I love story surrounding the Knights of Templar, especially if it concerns the mythological and this did, 100%. It was a great read, full of amazing characters and wondrous people. It took us back in time and stuck us in the present as well. A delightful read, full of surprises! "

" Surprisingly really good. I thought hrmm at first but it was a lot of action, a lot of kick butt go female empowerment and some really hot sexual tension. Although I really was getting annoyed with all the thigh clenching. I mean really come on! "

" I liked this one. This book had some good twists from your average vampire/vampire hunter book. I really liked the main character Morgan and Jack....well, I wouldn't run from him that's for sure;) "
