Publisher Description

Just when life for the five Kingdom Keepers is beginning to settle down, an intriguing video suddenly appears on Philby's computer at school. It's a call to action: it seems that the Overtakers, a group of Disney villains, are plotting to rescue their two captured leaders, who were hidden away by Disney Imagineers after a recent violent encounter at Disney's Hollywood Studios. A staged attack by some mysterious new Overtakers at DisneyQuest confirms the Keepers' fears.

One of their own, Charlene, has been behaving oddly. Has she tired of her role as a Keeper, or is there something more sinister at play? When she's caught sneaking into Epcot as a hologram - which is strictly against the group's rules - Finn and Philby know the Keepers must act.

The Keepers have so many puzzles to solve: has the impossible occurred? Have the Overtakers created their own holograms? Have they found a way to jump from the Virtual Maintenance Network onto the Internet, and if so, what does that mean for the safety of the Parks, and the spread and reach of the Overtakers? Are they recruiting an army of kids for their evil purposes?

Trouble looms as the Kingdom Keepers struggle to differentiate friend from foe and battle new and increasingly dangerous enemies, all the while knowing they may be nearing a point of no escape.

"Obviously there is going to be more to this addictive little series. It never occurred to me as I read the first three, where are the "good" Disney characters. Well, they show up in this one and I have to say, I was kind of like, Why haven't you been seen before now?! These are your parks, your homes and you're not helping the fight against evil? Well, they're out and about helping the Keepers get the Evil Queen and Cruella but the kids have so much more against them now. Maybe it's just me, but at every turn, I think one of "them" is going to be a traitor. Wayne's daughter- one of the keepers- their friends not in the program. I'm a nervous nelly reading sometimes. Now I guess I have to wait until the next one comes out. Sounds like we'll be going on cruise for that one!"

" I love this series. I think this book is actually the best one so far. The action picks up a lot and you finally get to meet some of the nice Disney characters! The plot in this one was a lot more intense and I like that it wasn't completely resolved. To be honest I'm kinda getting a little creeped out about being in the parks after dark! (0= "

" I would have to say this is so far my favorite, but I am still hoping that the next will not have the same rushed ending that all four books have had--it feels like the closure is building up though. "

" I keep reading the series because I'm curious about what happens with the characters, but the writing just gets worse with each book. It's like he forgets the characters personalities, (mainly Maybeck) and I found several of the things he wrote regarding Maybeck to be racist and stereotypical. There were several spelling and grammatical errors, so apparently there was no editor or they had a very poor editor. I can't say the rest of what bothered me without it being a spoiler, but I really don't recommend this series to anyone even though I love Disney, the writing is just so bad. "
