"I love Mansfield's writing. She is insightful and uses beautiful, poetic prose. I'm not a big fan of short stories but Mansfield is very skilled at drawing you in quickly and at creating interesting and complex characters that stay with you. Particularly enjoyed Miss Brill, The Fly and Bliss."

    " Read a majority of stories for a class. Love how she's able to craft words, but left unsatisfied by most of the stories. "

About Katherine Mansfield

Katherine Mansfield (1888–1923) was born in Wellington, New Zealand, and settled in Europe to finish her education. She published her first short fiction in The New Age, then in Rhythm, whose editor, the British writer and critic John Middleton Murry, she soon married. Her writing contributed to the development of the stream of consciousness technique and to the modernist use of multiple viewpoints, and her style has had a powerful influence on subsequent writers in the same genre.

Eve Karpf is a British actress and voice talent. She is known as the voice of Ferrero Rocher, and has provided voices for numerous video games, including the Harry Potter series, in which she voiced Minerva McGonagall.
