"Good book with lots of action... although at the end he could've made the bad guys suffer a little bit more.... they got it easy... I was wondering why he never made it to Viriginia on time... now I know..."

" same 'ol same 'ol. Reacher rolls into a small town full of idiots and starts kickin some a$$. after close to twenty of these novels the plot should change a bit from book to book. one would hope. "

" Instant action from beginning to end. Jack Reacher once again is judge, jury and executioner for some top of the line slime balls. I can see Charles Bronson from 40 years ago playing the roll. "

" This is the most recent Child book, which I bought in China when I ran out of something to read. I don't like to read books out of sequence and clearly I needed to read the previous book, "61 Hours" to understand parts of this one. This book gets 4 stars on Amazon and I have to admit that I didn't like it all that much. Much of the tension seems to involve various people driving along the straight highways of Nebraska, with no greenery to hide them. There were spots that were tense, but I sure got tired of trying to determine whose car was coming and how far away it was and how many minutes it was going to be before it got to a certain place. This book also contains more car theft than any other book I've read, with people just hot-wiring the most convenient car to use. Sorry, but this gets a thumbs down from me. "

" Somewhat weird. But thrilling to the very end. Halfway between a bad pulp novel, not taking itself too seriously and a gritty, dark thriller, taking itself entirely too seriously. "

" You either like the Jack Reacher novels or you don't I think. It's a case of expectations. They're met every time, but those expectations need to be realistic about what you're reading... "

" I should have been warned by the mist of testosterone that rose when I opened this book lent to Len by a friend. Jack Reacher is the new Chuck Norris. All I can say is that I now know how to disable an SUV while someone is driving it using only cutlery. "

" I like Lee Child books with his main character Jack Reacher. Child doesn't disappoint the reader by placing Reacher in an impossible situation trying to solve a towns old murder and keeping himself and everyone safe. "
