" If you love golf or if you don't - this book is captivating. It explains why golfers are drawn to Scotland. It is book that explores a really cool relationship between two golfing buddies and there trials and laughs on a voyage to Scotland. Konik is a gifted writer. "

" Konik's whining gets a bit tiresome at times, but otherwise it is a good read. I found myself wanting to go to Scotland to the courses he was describing. "

" Not a golf player, but found the descriptions of the courses, the perserverence of Michael's friend in face of his physical abilities interesting. Good descriptions, could have done with less of former love lives. "
