Improvers Yoga Vol.3 is a sixty-five-minute class that has been devised specifically for those wishing to move on from a beginner-level practice.

The class continues the Yoga2Hear Improvers Yoga series by advancing some of the postures featured in the Vol.1 & 2 classes. Vol.3 introduces new, stronger postures essential to those looking to increase ability and deepen their practice.

As with the other classes in the series, Improvers Yoga Vol.3 starts with a short guided relaxation to focus the mind and prepare the body for the session. The class instructs 24 postures including The Bow and the Equestrian Pose and advanced variations of both Downward Facing Dog and Plank before concluding with a longer guided relaxation. Each posture is introduced using clear, easy-to-follow expert tuition combined with a relaxing background music track which sets the perfect mood and pace. About the Author

Sue Fuller is a leading teacher of both Hatha and Sivananda yoga. She initially trained with the Dhanwanthari Ashram at the Neyyar Dam in India, and has also studied yoga in Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand. She has lead workshops and held training courses in many countries. In addition to her teaching, Fuller is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health magazine and a regular writer for Yoga Magazine and many other lifestyle publications and websites. She is also the author of three courses at the British School of Yoga.
