"For some reason I thought the title was corny and so I didn't expect that much from this book. But it turned out to be much less dated that I thought it would be, and despite his position at the very early stages of missions work, still holds great lessons for those who follow Christ today. "

" this book is pure gold, especially the last few chapters. Taylor's life feels unattainable but the more I read this book the more I see that his faith is not unattainable, he trusted in the same God and the same gospel that I am striving to incept in my heart as well. "
