Publisher Description

Where there's smoke, there's fire.... Since 9/11, Brooklyn firefighter Griff Muir has wrestled with impossible feelings for his best friend and partner at Ladder 181, Dante Anastagio. Unfortunately, Dante is strictly a ladies' man, and the FDNY isn't exactly gay-friendly. For ten years, Griff has hidden his heart in a half-life of public heroics and private anguish. Griff's caution and Dante's cockiness make them an unbeatable team. To protect his buddy, there's nothing Griff wouldn't do...until a nearly bankrupt Dante proposes the worst possible solution: HotHead.com, a gay porn website where uniformed hunks get down and dirty. And Dante wants them to appear there - together. Griff may have to guard his heart and live out his darkest fantasies on camera. Can he rescue the man he loves without wrecking their careers, their families, or their friendship?

"So I've been anxiously awaiting this release and bought it the day it came out. Stupid work got in the way of me finishing as quickly as I wanted to but finally today I got serious with the reading. I kept wondering where the story was going and really the tension just kept building and I kept waiting for something horrific to take place - I mean the book starts on the 10th anniversary of 9/11 for heaven's sake. I was really worried I was just going to end up crying my eyes out and that these guys were really gonna miss out on the real life they were supposed to have. It definitely had me all wound up and by 2/3rds of the way through, I was beginning to wonder if there would be a payoff or if I was going to want to scream. Thank goodness the payoff was totally worth it. Well done!"

" Griff's all encompassing anxiety, despite Dante's "I'll try anything" attitude knocked this book down a star. Not that I don't think it was realistic, but it stretched on and on way past the point of interest for me. Suede gives quite a few chapters of the HEA to help make up for this, but it was still a bit too much. "

" Fantastic and unique book. It pushed my passion button, my humor button, my family button, my heartbreak button, my romance button, my hot, steamy sex button, and my action button. (Hehe! I have a lot of buttons, huh?) I think Suede did a remarkable job. I highly recommend it. "

" I loved the first 2/3 of this book. The last 1/3 felt rushed and both MC seemed to do a 180 in their personalities. "
