Henry still isn't allowed to have the job until he is 11. A new kid shows up, Murph. Murph takes over Scooter's old paper route which Henry wanted. Murph gave the paper route to Henry because he couldn't handle Ramona, she is destroying the paper route by throwing the papers off of customer's lawns onto random lawns. Henry outsmarts Ramona and is able to continue on with his paper route. This book would be used as a chapter book for a third grade classroom. "
