Publisher Description

The angel Bethany and her mortal love, Xavier, have already pushed the boundaries of Heaven with their relationship. In this conclusion to the Halo trilogy, the two take their love to the next, forbidden, step: They marry. At a time when they believe nothing will come between them again, they are faced with their most daunting challenge yet: the Sevens, a military order of angels designed to maintain balance in the universe. These soldiers won't stop until their job is done - capture the wayward angel and send her home.

Secrets, exile, and unexpected allies flavor the rest of this intense love story and adventure. Beth discovers there is only one way back to Earth, but the cost is higher than she - and listeners - ever imagined. If she can survive, she can prove to Heaven and Earth that there is nothing stronger than the power of love.

"The only thing that was annoying me was the whole Molly/Gabe thing. It seemed sort of random what happens and then it was over. I feel like I'm missing something. They hinted at the end that Xavier's friend Wes had a thing for her but nothing about her having those same feelings. Otherwise it was a great book"

" So am I the only one who noticed that Molly's boyfriend (I just finished the book, I can't even remember his name) went from call Xav and Beth Ford and Laurie, (the names he was introduced to the as) to calling them by their real names? maybe I spaced out during that part of the book but did anyone ever figure out when or how the boyfriend figured out who they were? and why wasn't beth more concerned? I think Alexandra made a bit of a major typo there and her editors never picked up on it... im just glad to have this series behind me. I feel like this will be a series that will be hidden from sight for a very long time.... ugh thank the powers that be its finally over! "

" 3.5 stars. Still don't like Beth. Weak character, very naive and hides from her problems. She has grown a bit and I liked the ending more than expected. "

" I thought the ending was a little expected and I'm not a fan of the cover, but it was a beautiful story and a nice ending. Though, I kind of felt as if Alexandra forget to mention how some of the other characters ended, like Gabriel, Ivy and Molly. "
