" Loved this memoir of a big city lawyer who returns to the mountains of Tennessee to work with her small town Dr. father. Great writer tells the adventures of her working in her father's office and the shifting of her priorities. "

" This book was fun and light hearted but also with some quality life lessons. It's based on a true story, the author has a high pressure Wash D.C. job and gets called back home to Eastern TN to help her Dad at his family medical practice when her Mom gets sick. It's one of those "we have to remember what really matters" books if that makes sense, mixed with some seriously funny local culture. I love Southern fiction/novels and this one didn't disappoint. "

" Loved this picture of East Tennessee and the people who live there. A great story about a woman who leaves home only to find that it hasn't left her. Heartwarming and full of laughter. "
