"Well, I figured this one out almost right from the start, but the story was still engrossing, and still a good one. Very bittersweet. I'm dreading the next one as it's the one that receives the lowest rating of other readers, but I'm hoping to come out of it with the series back on track."

" Oh, Sarah Booth. You seem like a sharp, interesting woman with lots of talents. Why do you invest your energy in pursuing a married man with a sick wife? Stop complaining about his commitment to her and move on already! "

" I am not enjoying the last couple books in this series as much as I did the first few. I do like Sarah Booth and Tinkie but the escalating romantic angst has grown tiresome. The plots seem more and more improbable and there's more melodrama than humor. "

" I really enjoyed Sarah finally getting with a man in this story (woohoo!) Gaf is a awesome character. It does make me wonder if Carolyn's new husband inspired such a good man :) the mystery is tight and I really had no idea "who done it". It was a great read. "
