"Can I possibly give 10 stars??? I LOVED this book! I laughed and cried and I love reading stories that make you feel that way. Matt, Matt, Matt... what can I say? He is a total nerd, but a sexy nerd! I love how sweet and caring he was and definitely whitty! Julie was such a cute and sweet girl and I love how she took to the family so well and cared so much for Celeste. Flat Finn was the best character I have to say b/c everytime you read a part that involved him, you couldn't help but laugh b/c of the "conversations" he had with everyone! This book was amazing and I cannot wait to read Flat Out Matt to hear Matt's POV on everything!! Great Job Jessica and I look forward to many more books from you!"

" I really loved this book. It was an Amazon recommendation and I read it on my Kindle. It's such a great story of family dynamics and how members cope differently to challenging situations. Also, of the people who come into our lives, the differences they make and the good they do while they're there. The story is both sad and poignant, completed with a child's growth into the ultimate acceptance of life and all it's complexities. I had pretty much figured out what was going on with the family before all was revealed, but I highly recommend this book, you won't regret it. "

" I really enjoyed this book. It was not what I expected and that is always a good thing...the characters are very in depth and while I found that skipped through some of the fluff, I really liked the overall story. I hope to read more from this author. "

" This was a hugely entertaining book. It started a bit slow for me but I found that it gained momentum as it progressed, and I couldn't put it down. The characters were fun, and I could identify with them, and the dialogue/banter was engaging and realistic. It pulled at my emotions in places and the ending was a nice, unique twist. "

" I highly recommend this book. Yes, it is a college age romance, but the book really shows such a wonderful and diverse set of characters that to call it such oversimplifies it. This books is not predictable. It doesn't come with stereotyped characters. It has a great sense of humor and sadness in it. This book shows you how a group of people (whom you have learned to love and know) have dealt in their own ways uniquely with the many turns that life has thrown them. "

" I liked this book. I thought that this had a quirky story line, it was pretty creative. At the same time I felt it lacked a bit and by the end, I wanted more. I wanted more closure or something i dont know. If you are looking for a quick light read it's good. "
