Publisher Description

Eighteen years ago, a group of men killed Regan Miller's boyfriend and tried to kidnap her daughter, Kelsey. Since then, they have lived in hiding, always vigilant and never getting close to anyone.

When Kelsey goes away to college, Regan finally begins to relax. She even starts to think she can have a real relationship, perhaps with her flirtatious neighbor, Tyler Sloane. Then Regan is attacked again.

Desperate to get to her daughter, Regan accepts Tyler's help - despite her suspicions about him. She knows nothing about Tyler, but he knows a shocking amount about her past. Tyler can't tell her what he knows or who he works for, but he insists she can't face her enemies without him. Tired of living in fear, Regan is ready to take the offensive, with Tyler by her side. But is she relying too much on a man she can't trust - and falling for him, too?

"Wow, I honestly did not know what to expect when I started reading this. While it was slow at first, it picked up fast and I wasn't able to put it down until I finished the last word. Great story with real passion, issues, and life. Fight or Flight really highlights the worse and best of the world focusing around two individuals. Definitely recommend it to all ages to read!"

" When I first started reading this one I was a little worried, it seemed a little familiar to something I had read before, but in the end it was something completely different. I'm so happy I continued to read this one. I don't want to say too much and spoil it, but the strength these two characters have is really amazing. "

" A quick and decent read but it was lacking something that I can't put my finger on and the ending wrapped up really quickly and was way too saccharine for my tastes. "

" The premise was good, but it was a bit unrealistic. There were so many blanks. This book should have been longer. So many details were missing. "

" Maybe a 3.5 instead of a 3. The story was good, but the ending was a bit unrealistic. With that being said, it is fiction and the beauty of story writing is the author can make miracles happen. "

" I cant put into words how I feel about this book but I don't think even that will do it Justice. I can tell you this will be one of my Top Reads for 2013 I was very impressed. I must say that Jamie Canosa has a new fan. I loved the book from start to end.. this is a must read. "

" I wanted to like this more, but the fight scenes were pretty repetitive. Oh no, here's another professional goon that got his ass kicked by a girl. Yes, girls are tough. But really, these bad guys are pretty inept. "
