"This is one of those books where you can find treasures on any given page. At first I thought the title sounded like one of the million 'self-help' books found in any given bookstore. What's in this book, however, can set a person on the road to spiritual enlightenment and beyond. Dyer draws quite a bit from the Tao de Ching and the Bhagavad Gita along with traditional Bible verses to back up his points. Elegantly done and very helpful."

" Dr. Dyer gives a real kick in the pants...if you're not ready for it he'll come across as preachy...if you are, he'll be an inspiration. "

" I think Dr. Dyer's books are revolutionary. He ties science into the power of the mind and spirituality in a believable way. He makes changing habits sound easy, doable and thoroughly realistic, no matter how long you've had said habit. I also find his voice quite soothing. He's not preachy, he's not too much of a cheerleader. He's calm, and, well, soothing! "
