" This argument for the possibility of science and faith existing in a non-encroaching harmony in teen novel's clothing is pretty good. Brande does a nice job of creating believable and likeable characters and fleshes out what could easily have been a didactic drudge. "

" This book manages to address faith, bullying, ostracism, and the beauty of science all at once. Oh, and there is romance and puppies, too. "
