As well, Eddings had too much heart as a writer, as it seems he was not willing to do any real damage to his central characters, which is a big difference between this and modern fantasy. It was enjoyable though, and tied up every open strand from the series very well. "

" Amid ethical and theological considerations, this fifth and final book brought the trek to a fitting conclusion. While I have little background in fantasy sagas, nevertheless, this was a great read on more than one level. "

" Enchanter's End Game is the climax of the series. Garion is off to fight Torak and the armies of the west are battling the murgos. I found this book to be a very good ending to a long long quest and I look forward to more works from David Eddings. "
