Edicion en audio conmemorativa del IV centenario de su primera publicacion (1605). En 1955 el mundo de habla espanola se preparaba para conmemorar los 350 anos de la primera edicion de esa obra maxima de la literatura universal que es Don Quijote de Cervantes. Dentro de los actos mas importantes, el gobierno espnñol, a traves de lo que en esa epoca se llamaba Radio Nacional de Espana, preparo una ambiciosa transmision de la obra maestra con la participacion de algunos de los mas importantes actores del teatro espanol. Infortunadamente, las circunstancias economicas de la Europa de la epoca no permitieron realizar esas grabaciones y ellas solo vinieron a dar fruto cinco anos mas tarde, a partir de 1960, cuando el que se considera uno de los grandes programas radiales en espanol tuvo su fruto.
