" Almost too much detail but good story line. Hooked me enough to want to read the next but wayyy too much explaining...just move on already! "

" The overall concept of this book was good, but a bit slow and irritating. I really liked the premiss of Ian becoming something different and little Molly helping him realize his potential and fight the approaching evil. My main problem is that Molly tries to keep to many secrets and Ian is an ass. He spends all his time trying to push Molly away and only cares about himself. His selfish attitude and the repetitiveness of his relationship with Molly made the book very hard to stay interested in. If I read any other books in this particular series I hope that the characters will be improved upon and it will be less of a trail to read. "

" Interesting. I still have no idea what a Merrick is, but it sounds pretty cool. "
