Publisher Description

Ian Buchanan has always felt the unknown--the deep, impenetrable darkness that lives within him. Yet he is determined to lead a normal life, ignoring the unsettling dreams in which he succumbs to his wildest desires.... Until psychic Molly Stratton tracks him down, claiming to share his sensual nightmares.

The petite Molly even has the bite marks to prove it. And she's also received a message from Ian's deceased mother: an enemy is near. And it's time for the creature inside Ian to finally awaken. A creature with an insatiable hunger that must be controlled before it overtakes them both.

"I read this, and promptly went looking for the next book. Really enjoyed this, and the plot. I read this before the RWA convention, and alas when I went to her table (saw the books there) the author wasn't there! I have read the other two, and can't wait for more."

" The overall concept of this book was good, but a bit slow and irritating. I really liked the premiss of Ian becoming something different and little Molly helping him realize his potential and fight the approaching evil. My main problem is that Molly tries to keep to many secrets and Ian is an ass. He spends all his time trying to push Molly away and only cares about himself. His selfish attitude and the repetitiveness of his relationship with Molly made the book very hard to stay interested in. If I read any other books in this particular series I hope that the characters will be improved upon and it will be less of a trail to read. "

" It took forever for me to get through this book. The first half was really good and that is where I applied the three stars to. But when I read into the second half that's when I struggled. I will try the second and see if there is an improvement. "

" This is the first book of Rhyannon Bryd's that I have read. I enjoyed it quiet a bit. There were moments when I wanted to smack the hero so he would get with the program...but she pulled him out in the end. I'm looking forward to reading the other books in the triology. "
