" A very helpful book for those with food allergies and other food problems. I found it to be so interesting how they dug up graves all over Europe to trace the various blood types. The negative factor originated among the Basques! "

" I have type A blood, and this Dr.'s advice for type A is to eat a mostly vegetarian diet. Some of the recommendations make sense to me, others do not. What is your blood type? The same author has another book, the Genotype Diet which I'm going to check out next just for kicks. "
