"I've been reading Dylan Thomas' poetry since I was a teenager - many years ago - and still after all these years I come back to it again and again. The richness, the of his language, the sheer joy of words and the way they're not only written but spoken - they strike a deep and resonating note."

" One of the greatest poets. This book I bought from The Boathouse at Laugharne and the memories of that place give special setting to these works, some of which are certainly inspired by that bible black river mouth. "

" This is another poet like Kipling and Poe, though very, very different, who is best read aloud. Great Welsh voice. If you haven't, go discover Dylan Thomas. "
