    " I'm impressed; very impressed. This diet was developed primarily for sick patients, especially those with diabetes, because carbohydrates turn to sugar in your blood. Most diabetics are big carb eaters. Studies have also shown, unexpected by the medical community, that cholesterol and triglycerides go DOWN when consuming fat and HDL goes up. All this talk about low-fat diets only increases cholesterol. "
