" I can't decide which of Kerry Greenwood's series I enjoy the most. This is one of the "corinna chapman" books. It's full of interesting characters. It has a decent plot. It is amusing. what more can I say? "

" I AM enjoying this series!

(And an author who gives call-outs to both Georgette Heyer AND Terry Pratchett is not to be taken lightly.)

Now...how quickly can I get my hands on the next one???? "

" I enjoyed this easy read - mystery. It took me about a hundred pages to get into the concept that it takes place in Australia and therefore has Australia lingo. Each character in the book is well thought out and enjoyable. I look forward to reading Kerry Greenwood's other books. "

" Once I got over the mild irritation at how perfect the people are in Corinna's life, I settled into pure escapism and rested my senses in her sleuthing adventures. The Lemon and Lentil soup recipe at the back of the book is worth making! "

" A good read. Just what I needed right now, a gentle mystery novel with lots of food references! "
