"I only ready Jeaniene Frost's Cat & Bones story. As always, I love those two in any story, AND Justina's in it and I didn't want to kill her! :D This story takes place after Destined for an Early Grave (Book 4)." — Jess (4 out of 5 stars)

" This is a collection of short stories by different authors. I really enjoyed "Two Blondes" by Charlaine Harris and "One for the Money" by Jeaniene Frost. This was a fun and quick way to be exposed to large number of new authors. The other short story I really enjoyed was "Pirate Dave's Haunted Amusement by Toni Kelner. I liked having a vampire end up with a werewolf. Everyone deserves to find love, but hey that is just the romantic in me talking. "
" Cute Short story. "
" The short story collections that Charlaine Harris edits are all very good. This one was no exception. "
" This rating is for the Sookie story only. I didn't bother listening to the rest of the stories when I heard a fobby accent being used by one of the narrators. "
" Another short story in the Sookieverse. "
" Didn't finish. Read the stories by the authors I follow but didn't manage to slog through all of the rest. "
" Read it at the park. Excellent summer read. "
" Listened to this one on CD liked the Sookie and Kat and Bones stories the others were a mixed bag, skipped over one or two of them. "
" Some great short stories. Some more eh... Worth the time though. "
" I was really disappointed because I thought is was filled with only Sookie stories and there was only one, but the one that was in there was awesome. "
" A bunch of short stories by different authors. Some better than others. "
" While I enjoyed the stories in this collection, the readers were a little distracting. It wasn't enough to ruin it, but it was enough that I would recommend reading the book instead if you have the time. "
" A good compilation of short stories to give a taste of some different authors. "
" Some good stuff. Hardly any soft-core vampire porn, for which I am grateful. "
" Some interesting stories - most of which seem minor continuations of larger series - in which case I'm intrigued in some cases and dubious in others. The Charlaine Harris story was actually fairly weak all things considered while some of the others were very good. "
" the stories were cute. "
" A fun and easy read for the summer. "
" I didn't read all of the stories, couldn't get into a couple...sometimes that happens- But the ones I read were good! Worth a look for some light reading. "
" playaway. great collection of stories from variety of authors. "
" I compilations for finding new authors. There were a few standout stories but i give it a 5 1/2 "
" I only read the Sookie Stackhouse short story. It was all right. "
" Not my cup of tea, or just boring? I rarely fail to finish fiction, especially short story collections, and am a fan of C. Harris and L.A. Banks, but the half of the book I read was severely lacking. "
" I only read the Charlaine Harris story.. "
" I loved the story with Bones and Cate. Narrator wasn't as amazing as Tavia Gilbert but still good. Great and funny plot. "
" Only read two stories - Jeanine Frost & Charlaine Harris. Loved the Jeanine Frost! Charlaine s was okay. "
" I was disappointed with this book. I think that some of the stories were VERY good, but there were definitely more bad then good. The good stories were amazing but the bad ones were just horribly cliche and had flat story lines as well as one dimensional characters. "
" A strong collectionof short stories. If I were able to rate some of these stories individually, they'd get five stars. "
" This one starts out with a Sookie/Pam story...we shall see...sad to say I really lost interest after the Sookie story. I looked through all of them and none really held my interest. "
