About the Author
Author Stephen Leather

Stephen Leather was a journalist for more than ten years on newspapers such as The Times, the Daily Mail, and the South China Morning Post in Hong Kong. Before that, he was employed as a biochemist for ICI, shoveled limestone in a quarry, worked as a baker, a gas station attendant, a bartender, and held a position with the Inland Revenue. He began writing full-time in 1992 and his bestsellers have been translated into more than ten languages. He has also written for television shows such as London’s Burning, The Knock, and the BBC’s Murder in Mind series. 

About the Narrator

Cornelius Garrett has spent many years in theater, film, television, and radio—from the RSC to the Bristol Old Vic, and from James Bond to four years on the television soap Gems. His radio work has included leading roles in many of the BBC’s classic serials and Afternoon Theatre productions.
