There were too many characters that Callow tried to introduce us to and I felt that's what was causing the storyline to not be cohesive. I also couldn't buy the theory that Kate was stumbling upon clues the police couldn't find. I get that Callow wanted us to make Kate, the attorney, the hero. But, in doing so, the police detectives came across to me as being completely incompetent. I also felt Callow completely beat to death the broken relationship between Kate and Ethan. And, I am not too sure I'm buying the could be, in the future, relationship between Kate and Randall. "
