Publisher Description

A childhood accident left Emmaline vulnerable to disturbing fugue states that last minutes but feel like an eternity. The blackouts are unsettling but manageable... until she meets Johnny Dellasandro.

The painter gained fame in the '70s for his debauched lifestyle and raunchy art films. His naked body achieved cult status, especially in Emm's mind - she's obsessed with the man, who's grown even sexier with age. Today he shuns the spotlight and Emm... until she falls into a fugue on his doorstep.

In that moment, she's transported back 30 years, crashing a party at Johnny's place. The night is a blur of flesh and heat that lingers long after she's woken to the present.

It happens again and again, each time-slip a mind-blowing orgy, and soon Emm can't stop, though every episode leaves her weaker. She's scared by what's happening, but she's even more terrified of losing this portal to the Johnny she wants so badly. The one who wants her and takes her - every chance he gets.

"This book was so amazingly good. I loved it so, so much. When I first started it, I figured I knew what the whole plot was going to be about. I was so wrong. It was nothing like I thought it was going to be and that was such a good thing. I really didn't want it to end. "

" hmmmm... a time travel love story ... Emmaline fell on her head, and started having fugues/blackouts - that generally took her to another place. as an adult, she literally runs into Johnny Dellasandro - an 1970's movie star (porn) and now an artist. and then her fugues take her to Johnny in 1979... with lots of hot sex... and her current time is with Johnny, with lots of hot sex... and when she is discovers she's pregnant, and happy, she has one last fugue with Johnny, where she tells him she's pregnant, he promises to care for her, and then she disappears... and in the present, he is finally able to tell her she changed his life, made him an actor, and he was waiting for her to keep her promise to see him again. ahhhh "

" Not one of my favorites by her. I appreciate that she tried a different angle, but it was just to far-fetched for my taste. She still wrote it well, but it had a little bit of a science fiction twist to it and that is not my favorite genre. "
