Also I found one of the testimonials deeply disturbing. I didn't need to hear (audio version) something so upsetting when I totally wasn't expecting it. Just that by itself makes me not want to listen to it again. "

Not very informative and mostly about the mystical power of taking 100% responsibility of your actions to change others. while I agree more personal accountability is needed in the world, I do not think that saying 'I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you' again and again to yourself is going to change anything. In fact I feel like that is a cop out on the accountability factor. I feel like Dr Hew Len and Joe Vitale are a couple of crackpots, 'nough said.
