Publisher Description

Zara and her friends thought they’d solved the pixie problem. And they did — sort of. The pixies are all locked away, deep in the woods. But the king’s needs grow stronger each day that he is in captivity, while his control over his people weakens. And it’s enough to draw a new king into town. Astley claims he is different. He claims there are pixies who can live peacefully with humans, that it doesn’t have to be all violence and nastiness all the time. Zara wants to believe him . . . until Astley also claims that she is fated to be his queen. There is no way Zara would ever turn pixie. And she’s got good friends who will make sure of that. Besides, she and Nick are so in love they’re practically inseparable. But when the very thing Zara wants to protect most is exactly what’s at risk, she is forced to make choices she never imagined. . . .

"Humm....Well, what can i say, it was good, Sad, and exciting?. I think that i liked the first one better but then again i give both 4 stars so they go together. the book started off where it left off, just three months later. Zara and her crew are hunting down Pixies and putting them in the house where the rest are. whech seems good at this point but there had to be something bound to happen, and its more kings are comeing and they want Zara as well. With that Pixie blood in her it would make anyone more powerful but we already know that didnt we. Anyway we the story was Good but i really got annoyed with some of the charaters and just read it to finish the book someone dose leave the story and i believe that a love triangel will be made with the new charater that came in. Astley i like him better than Nick and i hope she stays with him but i really dont think that will be happening so yeah. Good book gose with the flow of Need."

" I didn't like this one as well as the first. For some reason I felt that the author had changed the way she writes, and not in a good way. It was like she was tring too hard to be cool. It just didn't resonate with me. I like the characters but felt that the lead character has SO many flaws and is very weak and kind of a stupid girl. The story line is very interesting and I will continue reading the next books as they come out. I just wouldn't recomend the series to others. "

" The excitement continues, as more pixie kings invade the town seeking to make Zara their Queen. Good pixies versus bad pixies, and whether or not to believe any pixie are thoughts that fill Zara's head. Zara has to make the hardest decision she has ever had to make in her life when the worst that she can imagine happens to Nick. I was captivated, and couldn't stop turning the pages as I devoured the words eagerly waiting to see what would happen. I'm really glad there's a part three. "

" A slight improvement from the first book in this series, but it was still full of flaws I found difficult to ignore. Some scenes had the potential to be really good, but had been presented poorly. And the characters were still lacking something special - hardly any of them appealed to me. "
