"I had the same problem with this book as I did the previous one - we're introduced to an entirely new cast of people in an entirely new setting. The only saving grace of this book was there was so much Edward. It was so much fun seeing him change from Edward to Ted and back again. The idea that he is in love was very sweet. I liked when he referred to Anita as his soulmate. It makes a great deal of sense, when he explained what he meant. Any book without Richard is a GREAT book in my mind!"

" Taking Anita out of town was very refreshing and interesting, and I enjoyed seeing more of Edward. Reading other comments on the book, there seems to be some concern with the angst and moral battles Anita seems to be fighting, but I enjoy that a lot about these books. "

" One of my favorite. Mainly because all the "boys" are out of it. Just Anita, and Edward, and some vampire queen who fancies herself a goddess. No biggie, really. "

" It's really weird reading these books in reverse order. Although, it's kinda nice to have the backstory for all the stuff in the newer novels. Just found out today that the new novel, Micah, is out. Mmmm for vampires and sex and stuff! "
