" Very interesting. It did make me despair of the corporate environment although I found Richard very inspiring. It would have been nice to have heard of more women involved in his businesses so there's still a blokeyness there. "

" Second book I have read by Sir Branson. I love his writing style, sounds like he would be a lot of fun to have lunch with. Great stories. The concept of Branded Venture Capitalism is very interesting, I am amazed he can have so many partnerships and make them work. I liked his take on the whole sustainability etc and the way he is set up to filter new business ideas. Fascinating stuff. Very much enjoyed the book. "

" Business Stripped Bare tells the story behind some of Richard Branson's greatest endeavors. It was inspirational, and outlined how business should work, not how it does work. The book stresses the importance of ethics, at the same time providing advice on how to make money. Together with Branson's writing style, it not only inspires, but also amuses. "

" I'm a big fan of Richard Branson, and have been ever since I started studying business over 15 years ago. This book is very inspiring and contains some great practical lessons and stories from the Virgin Empire. There is a large section on his efforts to change the world and having read a number of his books, they do tend to say similar things in slightly different ways. This is a solid offering though and a great starting point for anyone interested in the great man and great company. "

" A couple years ago I read about him in a business magazine and was impressed with they way he started a business as a teenager even though he was dyslexic. This book informed my about how he assembles teams of experts and gives them plenty of freedom. It was amusing that he also sees after-hours parties as a tool for team-building and incubating creative ideas. The only annoying thing about the book was they British people spell colour, programme tyre and other words. "

" Totally awesome book which gives an insight into the thinking and actions of Virgin. It is an illuminating text for business managers and entreprenuers who are passionate about what they do, have vision, have a 'screw it ,just do it'attitude and want to have fun making money. "

" He is repeating some topics quite often. I would've liked him to tell less about the people he worked with (to much names in this book!) and more about the general ideas, the book would have been quite a bit shorter and an easier read. Nevertheless it was a good read from great entrepreneur. "

" The best part of the book is the introduction, skip the rest (or don't bother at all). It did give me a good insight into the way that the Virgin group operates, but by the end of the book I could no longer bear his false self-deprecation and his dishonest modesty. Next. "
