Beginners Yoga, Vol. 3 is an easy to follow sixty-minute class that has been devised for the absolute beginner. The class continues the Yoga2hear Beginners Yoga series by using expert tuition to naturally progress some of the postures included in the first two volumes and to introduce more foundation postures designed to increase ability and advance your practice towards the next level.
As with the other classes in the series Beginners Yoga Vol. 3 starts with a short guided relaxation to clear and focus the mind and prepare the body for the session. The class then continues with eighteen carefully selected effective yoga postures including the Cobbler, Extended Triangle, and Snake before concluding with a longer guided relaxation.
