Publisher Description

This Hatha yoga flowing sequence is suitable for beginners and is the perfect way to start your day.

This yoga flowing sequence will help to clear the mind and revitalize the entire body. Leading yoga professional Sue Fuller guides you through postures such as Cat, Downward Facing Dog, and Standing Forward Bend using clear and concise instructions.

The breath is used to link posture to posture, strengthening and lengthening all of the major muscle groups of the body. A flowing sequence will complement your regular yoga practice or can be used as a shorter practice when you do not have time for a full class.

The class instructions are mixed with a relaxing background music track that sets a mood perfect for yoga. A printable PDF guide book which highlights the easy to follow instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture accompanies this class.

Yoga2hear classes are practical and effective; they give you the freedom to enjoy high quality yoga instruction whenever and wherever you choose. Having your yoga class in audio format encourages you to focus 100-percent on the easy to follow instructions.

Yoga2hear classes can be used again and again, in order to achieve maximum benefits from the classes they should be practiced frequently. We highly recommend that you use this class in conjunction with the other classes in the Yoga2hear Beginners Series. Using the classes alternately will provide variety and allow exposure to a broader range of postures and techniques.
