Darcey and Nieve were best friends for life. Until Nieve stole the heart of Aidan, the boy Darcey had fallen in love with while Nieve was travelling. Aidan was going to propose the very night Nieve caught his eye, and Darcey had seen the ring.

For the next ten years she's haunted by the memory of her humiliation. No career success, no comfort her eccentric but loving family can offer, not even (short-lived) marriage to Neil, can console her.

Then the invitation comes to the wedding of Aidan and Nieve, neither of whom she's seen since they left Ireland for life in the USA. They're coming home to have the wedding of a lifetime at Ireland's most expensive hotel. Darcey isn't sure that she wants to come - or that she wants anything other than to get her revenge on her once best friend... Download and start listening now!

" It took me a little bit to get into it, with the switching back and forth between characters. Then I really got into it in the middle, it was a lot of fun. Then it kind of fizzled out towards the end, I was hoping for more meat by the end. It was a nice book though. "

" This story line kept my attention until the very last page of this book. I found the main characters interesting with their passion and overall confusion about their lives and choices. This book is about love in so many ways. its about friendship, family, hard work and money. The story supports my belief that we need to go through different paths just to find ourselves. And who knows, at the end we might become someone we were always meant to become. "

" I found this read wonderful and totally absorbing. The storyline is down to earth and easy to follow. A real mushy love story that had me shedding a few tears in the end. This book is a MUST for the romantics. I will definitely be reading more of Sheila O'Flanagan "

" Pretty good, I couldn't confidently guess the ending which is always a plus for chicklit. I'm not sure how I felt about most characters, didn't really like either Nieve or Darcey particularly a lot, but still the book was a good read that helped passed the time. Thanks Elaine! "
